I saw in my wife's face what I felt; a strong combination of shock, relief and frustration. Her level of indignation made her incomprehensible. She muttered something which sounded like "deal with him" and went out. I calm myself and asked him "what is it dear?". After he repeated his question, I told him "why don't you finish and come to my room to talk about it."

Later, he wrote the part marked in the following image. To understand what he meant, I wrote a proof of his explanation under it.
